- Bachelor's degree in accountancy; must be a CPA
- Minimum of 5 years of combined relevant experience in applying PFRS in audit and/or accounting
- 1-2 years' experience in managing and/or supervising end-to-end accounting operations
- Advanced MS Excel skills required
- Preferably with industry exposure in manufacturing and construction
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Proven success in leading accounting teams and implementing process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Ability to work independently and in a team
