Job summary
The Talent Acquisition Consultants main responsibility is to manage end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill assigned hiring requirements.Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing through offer extension and onboarding. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely fulfillment of assigned requirements.,
- Establish a clear understanding of recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss hiring needs.
- Build applicant pipelines through partnerships with colleges/universities, employment agencies, and job posting websites; leverage social media platforms and explore non-traditional recruitment channels.
