Job summary
Manages legal documentation and services for foreclosure, litigation, and writ of possession cases related to non-performing corporate loans and illegally occupied properties.
+Responsibilities
- Facilitates the physical takeover of acquired assets by coordinating document collation and deficiency resolution.
- Supports the planning and implementation of programs to ensure the timely filing of extra-judicial foreclosures (NPL) and Writ of Possession/ejectment cases (ROPA).
