- Collaborate with the digital team to develop and maintain high-quality WordPress websites.
- Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins as required.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues related to WordPress websites and web applications.
- Manage hosting environments and perform necessary maintenance tasks.
- Optimize website performance, security, and SEO.
- Work with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in custom WordPress development.
- Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Experience with WordPress development tools such as Git, yml workflows, Composer, and WP-CLI.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud, or other cloud hosting providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
