Job summary
Our Branch Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in different locations including Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Tacloban, Roxas City, Negros Occidental, Tagbilaran City, Ormoc City for the role of Store Manager (Branch Head).In this role you will lead the way turning your branch into a hub of growth new ideas and strong customer bonds.
You will do more than manage you will make the branch a standout for success and happy customers by selling great products building relationships and helping your team grow.
- Bachelor's degree in business or any related field
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industry
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of banking products services and industry regulations
