    As the Technical Support Engineer specializing in SAP or PeopleSoft, you'll be the go-to expert for customers. Leads in product installations, ERP FirewallTM implementations, and resolving issues by collaborating with developers.

    What You'll Do

    You'll assume a pivotal role as the first line of support for our valued customers. Your expertise extends to being the primary authority for seamless product installations, adeptly handling ERP FirewallTM implementations, and troubleshooting customer issues with a commitment to engaging developers for swift resolution. You'll spearhead crucial tasks such as supporting customer migrations, overseeing post-database refreshes, and orchestrating successful go-lives. Your analytical prowess shines as you skillfully gather and analyze logs and data, pinpointing the root source of issues with precision. When a solution is within reach through configuration changes, you step in to make those adjustments with finesse. Additionally, you'll contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our products by creating reproducible test cases for developers, updating documentation, and crafting configuration pages. Your role exemplifies a perfect blend of technical acumen and a commitment to delivering exceptional support with a touch of professional flair.
    • Strong background in ERP, SAP, or PeopleSoft with minimum of 1 year of ERP Technical Support experience.
    • Experience writing new, and troubleshooting existing, SQL for a widely used relational database (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase)
    • Strong development, communication skills and problem-solving skills and an exceptional ability to communicate highly technical concepts to any audience
    • Strong customer service skills and orientation
    • A team player with strong desire to learn new things
    • Experience with version control systems
    • Knowledge of or any level of experience in supporting a GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) application or system is a major advantage.
    • Amenable to work on a Night shift and Hybrid set-up
