The jobholder is responsible for consistently achieving loan volume targets while ensuring profitability,sound credit quality,
and delivering excellent customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Actively solicit residential real estate loans to meet the business target
- Actively saturate the territory for potential sources of accounts that can aggressively be converted
- Proactively planning and prioritizing sales activities
- Efficient screening of customer profiles and collection of requirements to ensure a speedy conversion of accounts
- Must be a Bachelor Degree holder
- At least 2 years experience in handling home/real estate loans
