    Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Manager, Supply Chain Network Design and Analytics.

    What are the Responsibilities

    • Supply Network Design PH and International ​
    • Warehouse Masterplan using Llamasoft​
    • Able to compare output of Network Design Optimizer and analyze/compare against current network​.
    • Warehouse Capacity Requirement/Analysis​
    • Converts Forecast to per plant allocation to per sku to per customer level. And RMPM equivalent​
    • Computes per warehouse capacity requirement based on production allocation​
    • Able to craft roadmap and solutions to bridge the gap from current state to ideal/future state​
    • Freight components (savings)​
    • Understands freight costs and able to calculate freights of different scenarios​
    • SME for pay back computation / ROI, benchmarking, savings and cost avoidance computation​
    • Able to justify CAPEX costs thru financial calculations​
    • Able to quantify impact of projects thru monetary or manpower​
    • Leads a team of Specialist and Analyst to do different scenario analysis​

    What are the Qualifications

    • Minimum 3yrs related role/experience.
    • Preferably Industrial engineering graduate or management engineering or Applied Math.
    • Operations Research, SAP Familiarity, Freight concepts, Supply Chain Network Design
