Brief Description of the Role
We are seeking a Business Application Consultant to join our team. Your primary responsibility is supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Business One by coordinating with clients and internal teams, conducting trainings, managing documentation, and ensuring timely project deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills and smooth execution of each project phase.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct and participate in internal training sessions to share knowledge and improve team capabilities.
Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) to assess and understand client requirements.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness and client satisfaction and deliver End Users Training (EUT) to ensure efficient system usage by client staff.
Provide Go-Live support and address post-implementation concerns.
Conduct Admin and Reports Generation training for client administrators and key users.
Assist in developing project plans, training schedules, and timeline adjustments as required.
Prepare and submit Project Status Reports to monitor progress and highlight key issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in business application consulting, systems implementation, or ERP-related roles.
Experience in client coordination, project documentation, and end-user training is preferred.
Knowledge in process mapping, data gathering, and business process analysis.
Proficiency in using office and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
