About the role
As a Partnership Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and success of Travel + Leisure Global Support Services (Philippines), Inc. in the dynamic Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga region. This full-time position will see you leveraging your expertise in partnership marketing to forge strong alliances, develop innovative campaigns, and elevate the company's brand presence in the local and global marketplace.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify, engage, and manage strategic partnerships with key industry players and influencers
- Develop compelling partnership marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership activities with broader marketing and business objectives
- Monitor and analyse partnership performance, optimising strategies to maximise return on investment
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and uncover new partnership prospects
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive insights, and industry best practices to inform partnership strategies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership marketing or a related field, ideally within the marketing and communications industry
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating, implementing, and managing strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decision-making
- Familiarity with the local business landscape and networking opportunities in the Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga region
- Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in developing partnership marketing campaigns and initiatives
