Responsibilities:

• Provides hands-on assistance to clients in need of memorial services
• Provides full administrative and clerical support to the team
• Promotes services and products offered by the chapel to prospected clients
• Maintains a positive relationship with the customers by rendering excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any business course
• With excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills
• Experience in embalming or having a certificate is a plus
• Must be customer service oriented
• Knowledge in the medical field is a plus
• Experience in the veterinary clinics is a plus
• Proficient in computer applications
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
