    Job Responsibilities:

    • Resolves telephone calls and provides specifics/ support to users.
    • monitors mail, fax and netmail to render user assistance.
    • Works out computer/on-line guidelines for the purpose of replying to consumer doubts.
    • Conveys with consumer on the telephone or by way of written communication to settle problems

    Qualifications:

    • Senior Highschool Graduate or equivalent including Bachelor graduate in any field
    • With or Without Experience
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Can work onsite.
