A Liaison Assistant in the Philippines facilitates communication and document flow between a company, clients, and external entities like government agencies (BIR, SSS, LGUs), handling errands, document processing (permits, renewals), updates, and ensuring compliance, often requiring strong communication, organization, and sometimes driving skills for timely deliveries and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Processing, tracking, filing, and ensuring completeness of documents for permits (business, sanitary, fire), licenses, and registrations with government bodies.
- External Coordination: Liaising with clients, vendors, suppliers, and various government offices (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, LGU) for submissions, collections, and inquiries.
- Errand & Delivery: Performing messenger duties, including collecting payments, making bank deposits, and delivering/retrieving important documents and packages.
- Communication: Serving as a bridge for information between departments and external stakeholders, providing updates, and maintaining clear communication channels.
- Administrative Support: Assisting departments with administrative tasks, managing databases, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php730.00 per day
