- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, email, social media) to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Maintain, update, and optimise website content (WordPress), ensuring SEO/LLM best practices, UI/UX, and brand consistency.
- Conduct regular audits to improve site performance, user experience, and search rankings.
- Develop engaging content for email, social media, blog posts, and landing pages.
- Design digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for use across campaigns and platforms.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows using ActiveCampaign.
- Segment audiences and personalise campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns including keyword research, copywriting, A/B testing, retargeting, and budget management.
- Monitor performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align messaging and campaign goals.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and assist with campaign coordination.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on search and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics.
- Experience with WordPress, marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign preferred), and CRM systems.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, training, or events.
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for web content editing
- Experience with B2B marketing and lead nurturing strategies
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in digital marketing
