Job Summary
Maintain accurate books of accounts for vehicle sales services and spare parts Record daily transactions including sales invoices receipts payments and journal entries Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Manage customer accounts invoicing and collections Process supplier invoices ensure timely payments Reconcile customer vendor and bank accounts Track vehicle inventory cost of sales margins Reconcile vehicle purchases deliveries stock records Monitor demo vehicles trade-ins write-offs Prepare VAT GST withholding tax other statutory returns Ensure compliance with local accounting tax regulations Support audits provide required documentation Assist payroll processing employee expense claims Maintain payroll records statutory deductions Ensure proper internal controls documentation Assist management budgeting forecasting financial analysis Identify discrepancies recommend improvements
