    Job Description:
    Team leadDocumentation of processes and procedures as required by the client.
    Perform process walk-through.
    Responsible for training new Virtual Assistants on tasks assigned by the clients.
    Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a team leader, trainer and creating process documents or a similar position.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to identify gaps in skills.
    Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and toolsExcellent organizational skills.
    Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
