- Graduate of any bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as programmer or software developer involving front-end/back-end components and API integrations
- In-depth knowledge/experience on any programming language such as JavaScript, PHP, C/C++, .NET, NodeJS, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, Java, etc.
- Experience in different project implementations using any cloud-based automation platform like ServiceNow, UiPath, Microsoft among others
- Experience on different DevOps build/deploy/automation tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, Git, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes
- Calmness and clarity of thought while under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
- Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks under tight deadlines
- Design, build and test applications or modules that meet functional and non-functional requirements or specifications without defects and complies with Information Technology and Cyber Security Standards and Methodologies.
- Initiate/participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Code Reviews, Story Estimation, Iteration Reviews, Sprint Demo, Retrospective, among others.
- Create/review Agile Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and provide /challenge work effort estimates
- Conduct/participate in Sprint Demo to product owners or business users to showcase the deliverables over the course of a Sprint
- Responsible in conducting unit testing activity and produce Unit Testing Certification (UTC) documentation to ensure high quality of work before endorsing to System Acceptance Testing (SAT) or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activity
- Perform source code repository maintenance activities such as commit, clone, branch, merge, fork as necessary into the Code Repository tool of the organization.
