- Manages and strengthens the business partnership with Distributors.
- Ensures Distributors'' operations are efficient and effective, i.e., warehouse & inventory management,logistics, sales force, etc.
- Implement, follow up and update the Field Sales Plan for the assigned Distributor/s
- Ensures Distributors are performing their roles and achieving the KPI target set by Nabati
- Works with key partners to ensure vendor targets are achieved by leveraging both vendor-led and internally-funded campaigns and activations.
- Creates and implements category growth strategies
- Owns the setting up, tracking, insights, and preparation of a quality post-mortem to ensure that activations are continuously improved upon
- Works with the marketing team to launch and track campaign performance
- Provides key input for the marketing team's campaignsJob Requirements
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
