About Visy Philippines:

Visy, a global leader in sustainable packaging and the largest manufacturer of food and beverage packaging in Australia and New Zealand, is establishing its capability hub, in Manila. We have partnered with ANSR to establish a global center of excellence for Visy in Philippines. You will be employed by ANSR, who shall be your employer of record, and you shall be assigned to work exclusively for Visy.

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcing Consultant works collaboratively with the TA Specialists / Partners to execute search, attraction and engagement activities that build high-quality pipelines and reduce time-to-hire for priority, repeatable and hard-to-fill roles. The role focuses on proactive market mapping, talent pooling, database mining, research, Boolean searching, direct sourcing, outreach and light screening to ensure a steady supply of 'ready-now' candidates while promoting EVP and delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Alignment & Talent Strategy:

• Build shared understanding and ownership vision, values, strategies, plans, and desired culture.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist / Partner and People and Culture stakeholders to identify future talent needs and inform sourcing strategies.
• Participate in briefings and educate stakeholders on the sourcing/search process.
• Support recruitment campaigns for repeatable/volume roles to enable proactive sourcing and talent pool generation.
• Actively promote and communicate brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Talent Pooling:

• Using available tools and resources, create and refresh relevant market maps, long-lists, and insight reports (supply / demand, competitors, salary / location heat maps, etc.).
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, candidates, internal and external customers, staff, contractors, and service providers.
• Escalate issues requiring attention to senior management for resolution.

Talent Attraction, Screening and Experience:

• Conduct talent screening against agreed criteria for all roles.
• Support with the development of talent attraction campaigns including amplifying content across job boards and other channels.
• Develop candidate summaries and ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate hand-offs to Talent Acquisition Specialist / Partner.

Job hierarchy:

• Assist in overlaying and retro fitting job hierarchy data with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Understanding and identifying key skills tied to job hierarchy.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team resources to validate and refine the process, including improving organizational systems.
• Actively contribute to this process of continual improvement by always seeking better ways to support and assist colleagues and the business.
• Track funnel metrics and provide regular reporting.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining the sourcing SOP including search string libraries, channel artefacts and sourcing better practice guidelines.

Key Challenges:

• Managing multiple tasks and a high-volume workload with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Sourcing niche skill sets in competitive and or regional markets.
• Creating engagement in talent pipelines.
• Maintaining data integrity across multiple tools and platforms.

Experience & Qualifications:

Mandatory (critical for the role)

• 2+ years in a Talent Acquisition sourcer roles.
• Proven capability in proactive sourcing using Boolean search, database mining and direct sourcing across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated experience researching and identifying talent market trends.
• Solid systems literacy (ATS / CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job board search, etc.) and data governance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior in-house sourcing or agency resource experience within manufacturing, heavy industry or engineering.

Desirable (preferable for the role):

• Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Page Up Applicant Tracking System experience.
