Our client is a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency that specializes in helping clients achieve their marketing objectives through strategic online advertising. They are seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join their team.

As an SEO Specialist you will develop and maintain an SEO campaign strategy from the ground up using analytics and keyword research tools, delegate and schedule tasks to achieve the set goals of this campaign, monitor, analyze, and tweak strategy over time as needed to continue growth and combat losses in SERPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth keyword research in sync with the client's business goals in order to optimize the existing content and discover new opportunities
• Apply results of keyword research and website analysis to creating an SEO strategy that should be in coordination with the website's structure and pages, SEO best practices, and the client's business goals
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify ways to improve website's performance in SERPs. Take ideas from technical SEO analysis and implement them, delegating tasks to our development team as needed
• Analyze client's competitors and their current SEO / marketing strategies, tweaking our campaign as needed to compete with them in SERPs
• Be conversion-minded, making suggestions on how to turn website traffic into paying customers
• Work with copywriting team and SEO specialists to take a campaign from concept to execution, delegating task by task to the appropriate team members, and scheduling these tasks based on a customers' monthly budget.
• Monitor, study, and interpret web analytics dashboards and reports to mark the key areas of importance according to the client goals
• Perform regular SEO audits of a website, and use this alongside analytics reports to come up with ideas for technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization opportunities, and content creation. Execute/delegate these tasks as appropriate
• Continuously keep tabs on clients' performance, and keep growth momentum going over time with new ideas based on industry trends and developments and SEO best practices
• Answer and field client emails regarding site performance and strategy implementation
• Participate in phone calls with clients to explain planned strategy, webstite performance, etc. while taking their ideas/goals into consideration to plan future strategy
• Communicate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way to discuss strategy and performance in detail to client
• Communicate with other team members regarding the campaign status and its development in order to work together to reach client goals
• Research and stay up to date on the latest SEO practices
  
  

Requirements

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Knowledge of and an interest in the methods organizations use to promote themselves through search engines
• Knowledge of advertising marketing theories and best practices to advise the development of SEO strategy
• Understanding of consumer psychology, sales psychology, and search intent
• Experience with Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Google Search Console, Semrush, Looker Studio, and other industry tools
• Full understanding of on-site and off-site SEO, including technical SEO and local SEO
• Ability to maximize a website's visibility in search engines using a holistic approach to SEO
• Abillity to research a client's specific search engine visibility situation and develop and document a comprehensive SEO strategy given restraints of the client's specific tier of service
• Ability to use site analytics platforms to build reports and deliver insights and opportunities based on independent data analysis
  
  

General Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in user-friendly language to non-technical end users
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of basic computer functions, especially those related to modern Internet software
• Fluency in English; ability to read, write, and speak the language to the level of handling all job activities in English
  
  

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard
  
  

Salary: $1200 - $1800 USD/month

Schedule: 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday
