    • Gather all information needed to draft and finalize all contracts and legal documents for the purpose of securing a project site
    • Prepare checklist for Lease Package (LP) completion and advise SAQ Officers for any lacking document or requirement
    • Prepare Request of Payment (RFP) of rental charges of sites not yet endorsed
    • Monitor the release of DOH clearances and certifications
    • Oversee and monitor Site Utility Notification Form and Special Power Connection Agreement submission and ensure that accurate information are stated therein.
    • Coordinate and endorse certificates/documents for billing with Finance Department
    • Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
    Job QualificationBachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of Legal Management/LawMust have 1 year prior experience as a paralegal, administrative or similar relevant workExperience in assisting business permit applications and BIR registrationsExperience in liaising with government officesProficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and ExcelExcellent oral, written and organizational skillsCan work effectively in a fast-paced environment
