    The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees one or more manufacturing sections, ensuring all activities are executed systematically and accurately. He/She embodies management directives by leading process rationalization, waste and cost reduction initiatives, eliminating mis-operations, ensuring finished goods requirements, and effectively supervising and developing team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead production planning and execution to meet and exceed target outputs, considering off-take requirements, material planning, equipment availability, manpower needs, line balancing, and production methodology.
    • Monitor team performance through regular pocket meetings, coaching, performance evaluations, and people development programs.
    • Ensure strict compliance with company protocols, operational standards, and regulatory requirements to avoid critical operational losses.
    • Uphold and institutionalize the ideal manufacturing model across the production line.
    • Secure, monitor, and analyze production performance through root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
    • Prepare and present annual section budgets, work instructions, procedures, production reviews, and RCA reports.
    • Recommend and execute approved solutions for operational issues ranging from basic to highly complex.
    • Drive cost-saving, efficiency, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement internal programs aligned with Quality and Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
