- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned technology roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
- Support proactive pipeline-building initiatives such as referrals, community engagement, social media sourcing, and talent pooling.
- Contribute to Employer and Employee Branding efforts by ensuring positive candidate touchpoints, supporting recruitment campaigns, and participating in talent attraction initiatives — with branding contribution included as part of role performance metrics.
- Create and publish job postings through ATS and job boards, ensuring accuracy and market alignment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards (time-to-fill, source tracking, pipeline health) and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Assist in analyzing hiring data to identify sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support coordination with third-party agencies when needed for specialized roles.
- Partner with engineering hiring managers to align on role requirements and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
- Support ongoing process improvements and adoption of recruitment tools and systems.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the technology industry.
- Technical Recruiting Exposure: Experience sourcing or recruiting for engineering, DevOps, Cloud, or infrastructure-related roles is a strong advantage.
- Sourcing Skills: Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Employer & Employee Branding Awareness: Exposure to employer branding initiatives, candidate engagement activities, or recruitment marketing campaigns, with an understanding of how candidate experience impacts company
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Knowledge: Familiarity with managing recruitment workflows from sourcing through onboarding.
- Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of engineering concepts such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, containerization, or infrastructure practices is preferred.
- Data & Reporting: Ability to maintain recruitment reports and interpret basic hiring metrics.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Homerun, Lever, Workday) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
- Organization & Execution: Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
