DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed q Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports q Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
  • Performs any related task that may assign from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or in any related field.
  • With at least no experience to 1 year working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Good analytical skills, leadership skills and can do multi-tasking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Problem-solving and organizational Skills
  • Office management Skills and Time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and appropriately with high-level professionals, boards, committees, volunteers, and executive staff.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people both inside and outside the organisation.
