DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed q Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports q Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
- Performs any related task that may assign from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or in any related field.
- With at least no experience to 1 year working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in computer applications
- Good analytical skills, leadership skills and can do multi-tasking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Problem-solving and organizational Skills
- Office management Skills and Time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and appropriately with high-level professionals, boards, committees, volunteers, and executive staff.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people both inside and outside the organisation.
