The Assistant Manager Inventory Control is responsible to oversee the daily inventory control operations Review design and develop new business solutions monitor and maintain inventory quality and ensure cycle counts are timely and accurately completed conducted in line with Watsons O+O business strategy This will also lead semestral stock take and ensure least shrinkage Job Responsibilities Oversee the daily Inventory Control Operations by providing leadership management Monitor review evaluate operational performance by ensuring all KPIs are delivered within SLA for inventory control Review design develop new business solutions to effectively improve inventory control processes procedures support O+O business Monitor maintain inventory quality investigate hitches warehouse inventroy system WINS Ensure cycle counts timely accurately completed conducted monthly physical system invetory Lead semestral stock take ensure least shrinkage interruptions customers experience Perform other tasks assigned time time Job Qualifications Bachelor degree Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Business Logistics related field 3–5 years experience in inentory management or warehouse operations Strong knowledge of invetory processes cycle count reconciliation variance analysis Proficient WMS SAP similar systems strong Excel skills Strong analytical skills high attention detail
