• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
• Developing and implementing timelines to achieve targets
• Delegating tasks to individual team members
• Conducting training sessions to maximize the potential of team members
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Team Leader in the BPO Industry
• Willing to relocate to Ormoc City, Leyte
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills.
• Can Manage Retention and Attrition
• Can drive and meet account specific KPIs
