- Provide document support to Business Development Officer
- Audit of documentary requirements for home loans of buyers
- Provide feedback to buyers regarding document deficiencies and advise them on income requirements
- Ensure timely submission of buyer documents to accredited banks
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s) English, Filipino
- No work experience required.
- Required Skill(s) Microsoft Office
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Must understand Finance.
- Must be a fast learner.
- Must be highly organized.
