    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Graduate of any bachelor's degree/Undergraduate

    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    • With 1-2 years BPO experience
    • Good spoken & written English communications skill
    • Computer proficient and can navigate the computer with minimum-to-zero supervision

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Forecasting & Planning: Analyze historical data and trends (e.g., call volumes, seasonal peaks) to predict future staffing requirements.
    • Scheduling: Create and manage complex employee rosters, accounting for shift preferences, skill sets, labor laws, and upcoming demand.
    • Real-time & Intraday Management: Monitor live performance metrics (queues, wait times, agent availability) and make immediate adjustments to schedules or task assignments to respond to unexpected fluctuations.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like service levels, agent adherence, shrinkage, and productivity.
    • Compliance & Adherence: Ensure staff follow their scheduled shifts and breaks while maintaining compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to align workforce strategies with business goals and budgets.
    • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Analytical Ability: Strong mathematical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey schedules and performance updates to leadership and team members.
    • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment and adjust plans quickly when operational conditions shift.
