Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify inventory variances from inventory counts
- Reconcile and investigate inventory variances Recommend strategies to improve or streamline inventory processes and inventory audit
- Understand inventory management guidelines and SOPs and ensure that it is complied with by all Growsari warehouse
- Conduct training of inventory supervisors on inventory management processes
- Conduct monthly audits (SOP compliance & inventory) across all Growsari warehouse
- Prepare audit reports for management review
Requirements :
- Based in Pangasinan (preferably near Villasis, Pangasinan )
- Willingness to travel and visit Central Luzon Areas
- Willing to join wall to wall count as needed (2x a year - Sat to Sun)
- High attention to detail; 1-2 years background as an internal or external auditor with a main focus on warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce industry
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Proficient in Excel and G sheets
Qualifications:
- Has Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or in any related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
