Main Duties:

• Ensure rooming assignments are prepared for all guests prior to arrival, considering room preferences and availability.
• Maintain full knowledge of and adhere to all departmental policies and service standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs, build positive relationships to resolve complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Ensure current information on rates, packages, and promotions is available at the Front Desk and Reservations, and that all staff are well-informed.
• Promote and oversee up sells.
• Supervise the accurate completion and timely distribution of all Front Office Midnight Reports.
• Monitor the check-in/check-out process, foresee critical situations, and provide necessary assistance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate in Hotel or Tourism and Hospitality Management or related field
• Previous experience in a customer service position
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient in hotel management systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
