    Education/Experience Required:

    -Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent/related courses (Master's/MBA degree is a plus)

    -With at least 3-5 years of experience in brand/digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns

    -Proven experience in creating compelling marketing content

    Skills Required:

    Communications:

    -Must have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)

    Desirable: fluent in Tagalog, Hiligaynon and Cebuano

    -Experience in writing and creating communication/brand marketing products - including the ability to fact-check, proofread, copywrite, and draft materials for a wide range of audiences

    -Excellent brand storytelling and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners

    -Keen sense of creative and brand design

    Brand and Digital Marketing/Research Skills:

    -Passion for marketing and, a deep understanding of brand-building principles and staying abreast of industry trends, and a proactive approach to learning new digital marketing techniques

    -In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices (social media platforms and content creation); e-commerce site development/management experience is a plus

    -Knowledge of the target audience and market trends/research (i.e., proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions)

    -Prior experience in B2B marketing, B2C marketing, and/or community management is a plus

    -Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behavior.

    -Strong understanding of SEO and website optimization; with SEM experience-- would be a plus

    -Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to innovate in a dynamic market and a fast-paced digital landscape.

    -Desirable: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, OMNI channel marketing,

    and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

    Other Skills Required:

    -Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret data that inform data-driven decisions.

    -Keen to detail. Strong project management and execution abilities.

    -Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite.

    -Experience in delivering training, presentations, and other capacity-building activities to varied audiences

    -Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

    -Possess a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to high-quality results.

    Desirable:

    -Ability to produce high-quality photographs (Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom), videos (Adobe Premiere/Canva), and presentations (PPT, Canva)

    -Layout and design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign)
