    Your role

    • You will join our team in the Philippines, with a possibility to work hybrid between our office in Baguio and your own home.
    • You will have an opportunity to become strategic, adaptable professional with a whole new set of skills that will be beneficial to your career.
    • Placing orders/reorders and checking if processed correctly
    • Being in direct interaction with Suppliers to source new products
    • Updating prices and stock on the Workwize platofrm
    • Sanity check internal Procurement processes
    • Monthly Analysis of most sold products
    • Assisting finance with invoices (price, double billing, etc.)
    • Help the team identify and implement new processes

    Your Skills

    • 3+ years of related experience, preferably in Finance or data-related role
    • Advanced speaking/writing in English
    • Microsoft Office (Word, OneDrive, Excel, Etc.)
    • Advanced excel and computer skills
    • [Preferred but not mandatory] Knowledgeable about specs of tech products
