JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment
- Perform end-to-end recruitment for both administrative and site based employees.
- Conduct sourcing of applicants thru various channels such as Facebook, PESO affiliations and other sources.
- Schedules and conducts initial interview.
- Administer exam and prepare test result reports of applicants.
- Orient newly hire on company policies and introduce them per department.
- Conduct employment background verification via phone calls or emails.
- Coordinate manpower requests from department heads/managers.
- Prepares employment contracts, company ID's and bank endorsement for payroll account of newly hires.
- Inform newly hire employee of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Do check and update job post thru facebook and site gmail account.
Documentations
- Prepares notice of personnel action for probationary and regularized employees and for other employment changes / compensation movement of employees.
- Monitors movement of employees from one project site/department to another.
- Prepare employment agreement and ensure other documents are complete for newly hire employee.
- Maintains 201 files of all employees.
- Monitor the active and inactive employees.
- Monitor the Best of the Best (BOB) and other reports from each department.
- Do the other reports required by management
Employee Relations
- Will assists in organizing company activities such company outings, business planning, Christmas party and other events.
- Performs weekly site visit to monitor the other concern of employees.
- Attends to employee grievance cases and issues disciplinary action memos such as notice to explain, suspension, termination, and absence without leave (AWOL) letters.
- Collate pertinent labor case documents and represents the company in case arbitration.
Onboarding, Orientation and Training
- Responsible for ensuring systematic and step by step orientation for all new employees.
- Discusses human resources policies, procedures and standards to new and existing employees.
- Ensures that the orientation and policies procedure of company are duly understood and signed by all employees.
- Prepares training needs analysis, plots training calendar and sources trainings/seminars as needed and/or required by department managers.
- Handles request for training and monitor training checklist.
- Regularly monitor all training for newly hired, probationary employee/s for change of level of employment.
HR Info System Management
- Ensures that HR database is continuously updated without compromising confidentiality.
- Updates information of employees to HR system such as regularization, promotion, salary adjustment, project transfer, personal information and/or other personnel action.
- Coordinate issues on HR database system to its service provider.
- Help HR Directors and Managers keep track of employee information.
Attendance and Leave Management
- Duly monitor Daily Time Record of each employee.
- Monitoring and maintain leave credits, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leaves
Timekeeping Processing / Payroll
- Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, other deductions to payroll employee wise in specified format for processing payroll.
- Ensure that all government mandatories such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Withholding Tax are correct and deducted to employees.
- Do the monitoring of all government contributions.
