- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows and automation tools
- Custom objects, fields, validation rules, and layouts
- Extend Service Cloud functionality to support Superstore's customer support and operations workflows
- Optimize data models to support long term scalability across departments
- Enhance and maintain:
- Case management setup, record types, queues, and assignment rules
- Web to Case and Email to Case flows
- Omni Channel routing for support agents
- Knowledge base structure and article workflows
- Support and improve digital engagement channels such as in app chat, web chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Viber integrations
- Build automations that reduce manual support effort and improve response times
- Support and maintain customer and historical data migrated from external systems such as HubSpot into Salesforce
- Ensure clean data structures, field mappings, and data integrity
- Define best practices for data governance, access control, and sharing rules
- Design and develop API integrations between Salesforce and external systems including:
- Inventory and ERP platforms
- Logistics and delivery systems
- E commerce and mobile app backends
- Marketing and communication tools
- Build secure, scalable, two way integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot data sync issues
- Develop advanced reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams
- Translate business KPIs into Salesforce reporting structures
- Ensure departments such as customer service, operations, and management have real time visibility into performance metrics
- Work closely with:
- Customer support team for case workflows
- Operations and logistics for order and delivery data
- Marketing for customer engagement data
- Management for reporting and dashboards
- Gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and document system designs
- Maintain high performance, security, and reliability of the Salesforce org
- Manage sandboxes, deployments, and release cycles
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and version control standards
- Stabilize and enhance the Service Cloud setup including case flows, automations, and agent experience
- Improve digital channel integrations and ensure messages and cases are correctly routed and tracked
- Clean up and optimize migrated customer data
- Deliver operational dashboards for customer service and management
- Identify gaps in current setup and propose a roadmap for integrations and cross department expansion
- Inventory and product data integration
- Order and logistics system integrations
- Sales features such as leads and opportunities
- Marketing automation and campaign data flows
- Multi department workflows across procurement, warehouse, delivery, and finance
- Building a unified 360 degree customer and operations view in Salesforce
- 3 plus years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows
- Experience with Service Cloud configuration and customization
- Proven experience building and maintaining API integrations
- Strong understanding of data modeling and Salesforce security model
- Experience with reports and dashboards for business users
- Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
- Experience with Omni Channel and digital engagement tools
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or inventory systems
- Exposure to logistics or e commerce environments

Superstore Fiji is looking for a hands on Salesforce Developer to design, build, and scale our Salesforce ecosystem as the central source of truth for customer, service, sales, and operational data.
In the first phase, the focus will be on implementing and enhancing Service Cloud, digital customer engagement channels, data migration, and dashboards. This aligns with the current Service Cloud rollout including case management, messaging channels, knowledge base, and reporting .
In later phases, this role will expand into deep system integrations such as inventory, logistics, and multiple custom APIs, with the long term goal of centralizing business data across departments into Salesforce.
This is a builder role. You will work closely with operations, customer service, marketing, logistics, and leadership to turn real business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
