    Qualifications

    • Experienced in maintaining HVAC and Electrical Systems such as: Air-conditioning System, Motor Controls, Refrigeration System, Electrical System, Low Voltage Switchgears, UPS System, FDAS, PABX.
    • Basic knowledge in repair and maintenance of HVAC and Electrical Systems.
    • Vocational Course in Industrial Electricity or Mechanical Technology.
    • Preferably with NCII certificate for Industrial/Building Electrician or NCII certificate for Air-conditioning and Refrigeration -Electrical Technology or Mechanical Technology.
    • Three (3) years minimum experience in Electromechanical works in a hospitality, property and facilities maintenance .
