    Deltek is looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our ever-growing team. Our Customer Success Team is a key component in keeping our clients happy and engaged with our dynamic offerings.     Position Responsibilities:

    • Preparing business reviews and organizing client meetings.
    • Building the business review deck or designing the flow of the demonstration tools in collaboration with the Pod leader
    • Capturing the cloud consumption / usage data from Gainsight PX
    • Promoting upcoming product at customer events
    • Tracking and compiling customer sentiment analysis
    • Collaborate cross functionally to stay informed of active Sales or Services engagement with the customers.
    • Understand Deltek offerings, be able to articulate their features and benefits, and provide appropriate solutions for a specific customer's need while highlighting key features and functionality allowing the customer to execute their objectives, offering solutions to critical problems for your customer's issues and needs.
    • Conduct ongoing account reviews to communicate best practices.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, a customer service field, or equivalent experience
    • Gainsight and Salesforce experience preferred.
    • Strong, problem-solving skills
    • Excellent customer service and relationship development skills
    • Strong verbal/telephone and written/electronic communication skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Enthusiastic, hard-working, and pleasant attitude
    • Able to US business hours
