- Understand Deltek offerings, be able to articulate their features and benefits, and provide appropriate solutions for a specific customer's need while highlighting key features and functionality allowing the customer to execute their objectives, offering solutions to critical problems for your customer's issues and needs.
- Conduct ongoing account reviews to communicate best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, a customer service field, or equivalent experience
- Gainsight and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong, problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship development skills
- Strong verbal/telephone and written/electronic communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, and pleasant attitude
