Title: Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the effective planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling of the warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts in order to effectively support the requirements of manufacturing operations while working within acceptable or target operating costs and efficiencies.

• Determines warehousing strategies, tactics, and procedures to ensure that the objectives of efficiency, service quality, and cost are met, including the use of third-party warehouse providers if necessary.
• Monitors the age of stocks on hand and flags aging or about-to expire stocks for proper and timely disposition.
• Ensures the implementation of the prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaged materials at all times.
• Ensures that all documentation requirements in the area related to the flow of information and physical goods (production raw/packaging materials and spare parts) are timely and accurate.
  
  

job Qualifications

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business courses, Supply Chain Management, or any equivalent course.
• With at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in warehousing and inventory operations.
• Must have good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated, result-oriented, and proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Must be willing to work on shifts, rest days, holidays and extended hours if needed.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan.
