Job Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
- With at least ten (10) years experience in Commercial and Industrial Maintenance Planning Works
- Must be knowledgeable in Mill Maintenance
Job Summary:
- Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of maintenance plans and scheduling, ensuring the day-to-day logistics, inspection and data support activities for the attainment of production and maintenance target goals.
Major Job Functions:
- Supervises and provides effective leadership to team of planners, schedulers, logistics, and other maintenance planning support staff to ensure the target equipment availability. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure all team members operate efficiently and safely.
- Oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive maintenance plans for all mill equipmentto maximize equipment reliability, availability and cost targets. Collaborates with maintenance technicians, engineers and operations teams to identify critical maintenance activities.
- Develops and maintains maintenance schedules, ensuring that planned activities are effectively coordinated to minimize impact on production. Coordinates with operations and other departments to optimize equipment availability and performance.
- Implements and manages preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce unplanned downtime. Utilizes data and analytics to refine and improve preventive maintenance strategies.
- Manages the department's budget, ensuring effective utilization of resources equipment and manpower cost. Optimizes resource allocation and prioritize maintenance projects to ensure cost effectiveness.
