    What You'll Do:

    • Design and deliver training programs for the salesforce, from Great Life Leaders to Great Life Builders, to strengthen sales competencies and performance.
    • Assess training needs and identify capability gaps across different salesforce levels and branch roles.
    • Build and enhance the capabilities of branch field partners, including Dreams Fulfilment Officers, Managers, and Branch Operations Partners.
    • Develop structured learning modules, tools, and resources to support continuous skill development.
    • Partner with branch leaders and stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business goals and operational needs.
    • Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and conversion or productivity improvements.
    • Provide coaching, facilitation, and ongoing support to reinforce learning and drive consistent execution in the field.

    • Holds a bachelor's degree with more than 1 year of experience in Training and Development
    • Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Canva
