- Develop new customer accounts
- Executes marketing and lead generation initiatives specifically targeted towards the territory
- Builds relationships with client and partners to increase coverage and capacity
- Work closely with pre- sales resources to undertake customer visits (if necessary)
- Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold-calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within a territory or account
- Follows up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to uncover additional opportunities.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Active interaction and coordination with sales and operations teams for seamless sales execution and order fulfilment
- Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential
- Submit weekly report to the Sales Manager
- Ability to manage his/her sales activities and meet/exceed sales targets / quota.
- Ability to develop new distributors/agents (direct sales to end users)
- Able to prioritize in a high inquiry environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Bachelor / College Degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience as Sales Representative, preferably in distribution companies dealing with industrial and commercial products and services.
