    Job description
    . Develop new distribution channels in the given /assigned territories and market segment.

    • Develop new customer accounts
    • Executes marketing and lead generation initiatives specifically targeted towards the territory
    • Builds relationships with client and partners to increase coverage and capacity
    • Work closely with pre- sales resources to undertake customer visits (if necessary)
    • Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold-calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within a territory or account
    • Follows up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to uncover additional opportunities.
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
    • Active interaction and coordination with sales and operations teams for seamless sales execution and order fulfilment
    • Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential
    • Submit weekly report to the Sales Manager

    CRITERIA :

    • Ability to manage his/her sales activities and meet/exceed sales targets / quota.
    • Ability to develop new distributors/agents (direct sales to end users)
    • Able to prioritize in a high inquiry environment.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
    • Bachelor / College Degree
    • At least 1-2 years of experience as Sales Representative, preferably in distribution companies dealing with industrial and commercial products and services.
