    Training & Development Coordinator (12-month contract)

    Work Schedule: Night Shift

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid

    About the Role

    We are looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to support global learning initiatives and ensure the smooth execution of training programs across regions. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering impactful learning experiences by coordinating logistics, documenting processes, and partnering with internal teams and external vendors.

    This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and excellence to learning operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support global learning programs by creating and maintaining SOPs, operational guides, and training documentation
    • Coordinate end-to-end training logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, including schedules, materials, and technology
    • Document program specifications and ensure accurate, up-to-date records
    • Manage learning tools, platforms, and training materials to ensure seamless delivery
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support training execution
    • Provide exceptional customer service to learners and facilitators
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and knowledge sharing

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • At least 2+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Bilingual in English (written and verbal)
    • Experience in training coordination, learning logistics, event planning, or HR processes is an advantage
