    Paglalarawan

    Ensures delivery of all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. He/She will play a critical role in ensuring hiring the best talent within SLAs.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

    • Graduate/Undergraduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or other related field
    • At least 1-2 years' experience in recruitment in a staffing company or BPO/call center environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and proficient on different MS Offices and experience using recruitment tools
    • Excellent in using various mediums to fill the manpower requirements with different skill set and ability to articulate and negotiate job offers with the candidates.
    • Flexible to shifting schedules and willing to work long hours and/or during holidays.
    • Must be willing to work on site and amenable to work in Taguig.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
    • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and conduct prescreening interviews and endorsement to operations
    • Preparing and sending offer packages and sending new employee orientation packages
    • Ensure Teams compliance to all company policies and procedures and ensure all pre-employment documents and requirements are submitted on time
