• Manage accounting operations for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Enhance workflow through process improvements
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with clients to understand specific needs and expectations
• Monitor and analyze KPIs for team and individual performance
• Implement strategies to exceed performance targets
• Provide ongoing training for team development

• Candidates should have a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a background in operational roles in accounting, or related fields
• Experience handling an Accounting team is a plus
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting
• Proven experience working in a BPO environment
• Proficiency in using different Accounting software and MS Office applications
• Has strong leadership and team management skills
