- Experience handling an Accounting team is a plus
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting
- Proven experience working in a BPO environment
- Proficiency in using different Accounting software and MS Office applications
- Has strong leadership and team management skills
