    We are looking for a UI/UX Design Lead who will deliver exceptional customer-centric user experience designs by managing a team of UI/UX Designers while working closely with the different business units and providing them domain expertise on Human-Centered Design approaches and frameworks.

    The responsibilities of a UI/UX Design Lead include, but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for the design completion end-to-end within the context of Experience Design deliverables: research on UI/UX best practices, low to high fidelity screens, interactive prototypes, handover documents, UAT screen validation findings in line with the team's best practices and standards.
    • Provide UX/UI thought leadership.
    • Managing vendor relations
    • Managing select members to achieve professional and career growths.

    The successful candidate should have experience in UX/UI though leadership, Design Thinking, promoting customer-centric user experience designs, commitment to UX/UI best practices, managing a team of designers and effectively communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • A graduate of BS in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, Psychology with a focus on UX/UI Design, Human Factor Interface Design or any relevant course.
    • At least 6 years of demonstrated global industry/ banking/ finance technology experience with customer or user experience design.
    • Mastery in UI/UX design principles and methodology such as Design Thinking, Human-centered Design or User-Centered Design, UI/UX workshop facilitation or user research activities, wireframing, high-fidelity screen designing, interactive prototyping, handover documentation and creation of design standards.
    • Strong strategic design approach skills.
    • Proven track record of UI/UX Design projects with strong UI/UX Designer portfolio
    • Up to date knowledge in standard design software tools such as Adobe XD and Figma
    • Familiarity on UX and UI principles and methodologies such as, but not limited to, UI/UX workshop facilitation, Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Human-centered Design or User-Centered Design.
    • Strong initiative, self-motivation, self-discipline, creativity, and determination in working towards established goals and objectives.
    • Excellent documentation, communication, inter-personal skills and organizational skills
    • Experience managing/leading a team of designers.
    • If available, will be value-adding: CUA (Certified Usability Analyst), UXC (User Experience Certified), or Interaction Design Foundation License
    • Must be willing to report onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
