    Country Head - Intelegencia BPO Philippines

    Country Head BPO Philippines will provide P&L leadership through all phases of high growth and transformation.

    In addition, this role will play a critical role in developing the short- and long-term strategy to ensure the organization is equipped to support a growing organization.

    The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be both a strategic and hands-on leader.

    This role is expected to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions through project implementation. This role will work closely with Operations leaders, all support functions, and business partners. A sharp analytical mind, business and financial acumen, and strong work ethic are essential for this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Must possess a high degree of financial acumen, with demonstrated understanding that revenue generated must return a profit.
    • Defines and implements annual budget plans and provides regular reports to the CEO.
    • Ensure account management, client services and day to day operations and associated departments are sound and in place of growth.
    • Assess company progress, client stability, marketing successes and compiles designated reports to submit to the CEO.
    • Mentor direct reports.
    • Develop a recruitment and strategy complete from sourcing, evaluation, and selection that leads to on-time, quality hires every time.
    • Play a key role in the rollout of programs, systems, or processes from design, implementation, change management, and adoption across all departments.
    • Ability to create and implement employee programs to improve effectiveness.
    • Serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to the CEO for Intelegencia BPO group, providing practical advice on a wide range of matters that will drive revenue, improve retention, cultivate inclusion and diversity, increase employee satisfaction, and build a high-performance and engaging environment.

    JOB QUALIFICATION

    • Candidate must hold senior executive leadership position in a BPO setting.
    • Candidate should have strong experience in the BPO sector.
    • Must have extensive experience in managing international business.
    • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree.
    • Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP Certification is a preference but not required.
    • Extensive knowledge in Philippine Labor Law and Culture.
    • Outstanding leadership and management skills with proven ability to advise a fast-paced growing company.
    • Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and add value to multiple projects simultaneously.
    • High degree of comfort working with and influencing managers and leaders
    • Collaborator with an ability to work well both independently, and in a team environment, and excellent at working cross-functionally with other business departments.
    • Unquestioned integrity, credibility, and judgment and ability to foster a transparent, open culture.
    • Get it done, action-orientated, lead from the front attitude, with a sense of urgency and willingness to roll up sleeves.
