- Supervise and manage the general accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review and monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and compliance audits.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to processes and controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and special projects.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license preferred).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
