- Shall be responsible for the organization, maintenance, and upkeep of stocks in the Warehouse. These include the organization of cold storage following FIFO principle and the segregation of expired products.
- Shall be responsible for preparing and picking stocks and verifying that items tally with declared delivery receipts.
- Shall be responsible in coordinating with delivery courier with regards to shipping orders.
- Shall be responsible in checking the condition of the delivered items.
- Shall be responsible and accountable for inventory movement from one warehouse to another.
- Shall report any discrepancies.
- Shall perform inventory controls and keep a high-quality standard for audit.
- Shall be responsible in cleanliness, required temperature for reagents and safe working environment and shall optimize space utilization.
- Shall ensure that 5S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
- Shall perform delivery duties should the need arise.
- Shall perform assigned duties in the quality management system of the company.
