Ensure that KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) set by URIC for all operations are being met dailyOversee , Guide , & Correct the proper ways & working of all functions under his/her operation.

Manage the daily optimal manpower need of operations to attain the highest output efficiency.
Inspect & maintain in good condition the operational site & work areas of all personnel.
Communicate with CLALC management team for all needed help to operate effectively.
Report to URIC Leadership team the daily, weekly, monthly performance data of the depot.
Facilitate the compliance of all personnel with the rules & regulations of CLALC for its facility use.

Supervise the overall processes & procedures required by the client (URIC)Engage communication with URIC's CD Team & other 3rd party partners relevant to the incoming & outgoing products to our cold & dry storage facilities.

Communicate with all trucking parties both internal & external for synergy of operation.
Execute the governance policies of CLALC toward its respective clients.
Maintain a healthy inventory of the client's product at our storage spaces.
