Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is expanding fast and seeking both trainee and experienced business development consultants. The jobs are based in Manila, Philippines (BGC), a work-from-home arrangement or hybrid work arrangement is applicable.

    The Business Development – Client Management Consultant position entails proactively acquiring new clients for our permanent business, expanding our client portfolio, and driving revenue growth. It involves coordinating with management and delivery teams to ensure smooth client partnerships. The role requires developing comprehensive business development plans, targeting specific markets, generating leads, and achieving profitability through diversifying our services to meet client needs and company goals.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • To expand the client base for Monroe Consulting Group.
    • You are required to coordinate accordingly with the recruitment consultants of specialized divisions on the business development tasks.
    • You will need to cold call potential clients for specialized divisions to bring in new businesses daily.
    • Build and maintain rapport with the new & existing clients.
    • You must perform market research on industry trends and key market players in the Philippines.
    • You will need to participate in any other business development tasks given by the management.
    • You are expected to achieve all monthly Key Performance Indicators given by the management.
    • Participate in the growth of the company by increasing the number of clients for each Division.

    Job Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields such as business development, sales, etc.
    • Graduate of Bachelor's degree.
    • Fluent English, both oral and written, is a MUST.
    • Great communication skills are a MUST.
    • A positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambition.
    • Self-confident and Ambitious.
    • A strong interest in people and people management.
    • Can work independently, or as part of an energetic, exciting team of like-minded individuals.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
