    End User Support Engineer 

    We're looking for a skilled EUC Engineer to join our IT team and support our modern workplace environment. If you have strong experience in endpoint management, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise user support — we'd love to hear from you.

    About the Role

    As an EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting end-user devices, modern workplace technologies, and endpoint security across the organization. You'll ensure seamless user experiences while maintaining performance, security, and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Endpoint & Device Management

    • Manage and support Windows 10/11 environments

    • Administer Microsoft Intune / SCCM for device deployment and policy management

    • Handle Autopilot provisioning and device lifecycle management

    Modern Workplace & Cloud

    • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

    • Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, group policies, and identity access

    • Support hybrid and cloud-based workplace environments

    Security & Compliance

    • Implement endpoint security policies and compliance controls

    • Manage patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation

    • Support MFA, conditional access, and device compliance policies

    Advanced Troubleshooting

    • Provide L2/L3 technical support for escalated issues

    • Diagnose complex desktop, application, and access issues

    • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams

    Documentation & Process Improvement

    • Maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of EUC processes

    • Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management practices

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

    • 3–5+ years of experience in End User Computing / Desktop Engineering

    • Strong experience with:

      • Microsoft Intune / SCCM

      • Windows 10/11

      • Microsoft 365 Administration

      • Azure AD / Entra ID

      • Group Policy & Endpoint Security

    • Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments

    Certifications (Preferred)

    • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

    • Azure Administrator Associate

    • ITIL Foundation

    • MD-100 / MD-101 (or equivalent)
